Hebei Kai Yuan Group is formerly named Shijiazhuang Kai Yuan Auto Trade Co.,Ltd. In 1998, Kai Yuan Real Estate Company was established, in the early stage, the companies begin for market operation and business exploration. America BaySpec Telecom Co. was constructed in Silicon Valley of Y1999, the company has 8 patent technologies, the products are widely chosen by famous telecom users in the world. Several well known internet fixture providers later joined the shareholder, such as Cisco, Intel, JDS Uniphase, etc.

Future Mall project is one of the significant construction project developed by Kai Yuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. The project was commenced in Y1999, and started construction in Y2003. We implemented lots of leading architecture techniques of the world for construction, and meet the environment protection standard of local government. Future Mall has the total construction are of 420,000 m2, which is the first steel building in Hebei Province, and until now on, it is the biggest steel building in China. Future Shopping Mall opened for business in May 1, 2006, it consists functions as business, shopping, meeting, entertainment, restaurant, physical exercise, and travel etc. which is called Shopping Mall. The Future shopping mall is managed by Beiren Group, which is the biggest commercial management group in Hebei province.
