	Kaiyuan Real Estate Co.,Ltd is legally operated approved by Hebei Government, Which registered in Hebei Industry and Business management bureau in 1998 with registered capital RMB 120 million. Kaiyuan Real Estate is rapid developing rely on its well-established company institution and advanced competitive methods. In May, 2002, the Kaiyuan Garden project commenced, it is a luxury apartment building for old city reformation. The demolition area covers 60,000 m2, with totally 1100 households.
